This won't work for everyone. If your back hurts or your posture is bad you could have scoliosis. See a doctor if you have back pain. As a patient similar to the young woman with back problems -- I would never try this bc a supposed proper posture may not be safe for me.

Ughhhhh I feel your pain, I am a 36G (sometimes 36GG depending on the bra) and boy are these girls heavy. If I lie on my back I nearly suffocate from the weight. But when it comes to my posture.....I was once sent to physio because I was too straight with mine...go figure! The physio was actually trying to teach me to slouch.....it was the most unnatural thing Ive ever tried, lol.
38K here... posture is a thing of the past. I'm only trying to make it through the day without agony. My boobs are roughly 12lbs each, but insurance says they aren't big enough for coverage for a reduction. Seriously, I'm carrying 2 2-month-old babies on my chest and that's too small for some relief???

There's a special back brace equestrians use when their posture is an issue. It forces your shoulders back and let's you wear whatever bra you like. We got tons of other hacks for correct posture 💁

THERE WAS LITERALLY NO DIFFERENCE IN THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES!!! Also a week isn't anywhere enough time to change your posture, it literally takes a 100 hours to START forming neurological patterns in your mind and that's literally just to start. They should of done this for a minimum six weeks. Another buzzfeed fail.

Try a chiropractor that does decompression. I love it and it may help you. Also vitamin D can help with bone issues. It takes time but brown skin is usually lacking vitamin D.

My posture is so bad I look like im constantly bending. I am so insecure about my back that I try too hard to have it be straight that it hurts. Sitting down is a nightmare..especially if the back..idk supporter (My native language aint english alright) is low and so my upper back might be bending a lot and so I sit soo straight and it hurts tso much urgh I wish I could be normal. I have other insecuries as well that makes me get ehadaches, hurt my feet...the list goes on but not why im commenting.
Lexi Florens same :( excercise and working the right muscles is key, it is possible to fix it's just a matter of if you're gonna do something about it or not. Also physical therapy is always an option you can look into.

The reason the bra moved around so much was because they were slouching. Maintaining good posture would keep the bra in place. If they were fixing it every 10 minutes, their posture returned to a slouch position within 10 minutes of fixing the bra. It's designed to remind you to keep yourself in good posture, not force your body into the right position like a back brace. And if you wanted to see any kind of results, you should have done a minimum of 6 weeks, not 5 days.

It puts pressure in the right places, pushing your shoulders/back in the right position as that is less effort. Over time, your muscles adapt and you'll have better posture. That's the idea at least, if it actually works i dunno

Caroline Riggenbach Do not try to turn off or reset your phone. And yes, rice is a good idea. Put some rice in a box and let your phone in it for 24 hours or so. Speaking from experience.

If you use correct posture while wearing it, it won't ride up! It's part of the "training" to make you mindful of how you sit/stand.

Lemme guess, it's gonna be a massively overpriced gimmick that doesn't do anything it says it does. *Shocking* -.- The company's use of "activate" is so annoying, it suggests it's doing something when it's not, it just slips out of place and you have to adjust the bra. So not only does it Not do what it says it does, but it's an annoying, uncomfortable bra that is Astoundingly overpriced. -.-

I think the bra sleeves keep going up exactly because of their bad posture. Since their shoulders aren't in the right position but "up in the neck" the sleeve keeps going up also. That's the reason for the sleeves in the first place, to keep the shoulders "down".
I'm forced to slouch in most cars because of my abnormally long torso :/ I wonder if this would help break the habit of slouching other places for no reason.
