Not sure, but it looks like it could be yellow lentils. And yes, looks like some onion, or beet, and tomato, and cheese on top. The green sauce can be made from different ingredients. Sometimes mint. Look up recipes, and just use what you like.
Looks delicious but I can't help wonder if these street vendors have up to date 'food safety courses' and always practice proper hygiene while working in these small kitchens. 🤔 In 1983 I ate in a restaurant in a small town here in western Canada while visiting relatives there. Within 8 or 9 days I was so sick I ended up in the hospital from ingesting and being infected by a very virulent strain of Salmonella enterica. The restaurant was closed down for inspection by the public health inspectors and made to take food safety courses and eventually reopened. Knowing I actually ate someones feces was almost as bad as what I went through recovering from the infection … well, almost. ;-D

Dude they don't do that for cameras its there style
My favorite food. I use indian seasonings on just about every i grill or smoke. I try to add tumeric to almost everything i can as i have chronic stomach issues.
please don't buy turmeric if cucumin is removed,
It's not like stuff inside dosa ...It's like stuff serving with layer of dosa

Omg this looks amazing! Can someone please tell us the recipe? What does he put on top of the dosa? I noticed he puts butter in the beginning, and what is the yellow sauce he puts afterwards? And then he puts chilly, onion and tomato? Please someone tell us the ingredients! Thank you!
Not sure, but it looks like it could be yellow lentils. And yes, looks like some onion, or beet, and tomato, and cheese on top. The green sauce can be made from different ingredients. Sometimes mint.
Look up recipes, and just use what you like.
Yellow lentils it seems. U can add smashed potatoes also mixed turmeric and other spices.
@@sudipkumarroy3790 thank you! We tried it at home with potato - lentil, tomatoes and cheese, it was awesome!! Indian kitchen is the best! 🌷👏
The fashion of adding ''cheese'' is ruining the taste and flavour of simple and authentic food
Knowing I actually ate someones feces was almost as bad as what I went through recovering from the infection … well, almost. ;-D
Short answer, no, they don't. These types of places make me so grossed out looking at all the dirt everywhere and how filthy the whole place looks. 🤢🤮
@@sugarstea if you don't like it then ignore it, this is how we proud indians look. you foreigners are also some places are like this ok. TEAM INDIA
@@ElectroMaticPlus_48 There are clean establishments in India. This place is filthy and nothing to be proud of. I don't believe it represents the whole ethnicity, I'm speaking of this establishment and others like this, not ALL of India, settle down.

The simplicity of food is lost.
😮😮😮
The "simplicity" of human being is lost too
Hmm exactly. A south Indian can understand it.
I agree.. dosa is no more dosa
It tastess great believe me
I don't thinking adding cheese in everything makes taste
Rava dosa tastes when crispy with cocount chutney
It is a tradition
I lost it when he picked up Cheese..
And the way he was adding it...! Grated the cheese thrice in each dosa.

Wow! a very interesting rava dosa recipe.Perfectly prepared with good
quality. Liked the colour and texture of final product. It looks
healthy, too. 🙂👍 well done team. Love from the #mauryankitchen team
What an excellent review. 👏
Wow amazing🤩
Crispy and lots of cheese and vegetables, it looks delicious😀
That looks like a heart attack. The lump of butter is scary. And legend has it that he's still adding toppings.
Aside of Rushmore mountain, America also made up from blocks of butter
We love it
Most of them are vegetarian, butter is the only source of protein and fats.

Cleanliness ,sanitary, wearing gloves is always the key to a good service
Cleanliness isnt something you go to India for
yes i wish too he had gloves

Street food without gloves or hat
Holding butter block with bare hands, extremely dirty kitchen... not at all dangerous
Well said this is not hygienically safe. It is direct food posining
I think this is rava dosa mostly this is more crispier than normal
In rava dosa we will add maida rava and normal batter but more water then only it will be so crispy
Instead of maida add rice flour it will give more crispiness as well as healthy too
Not rice flour; try Idly rava gives the same exact texture which were used by so called famous hotels today.
@@Manian0592 rava dosa can be made without rice flour?
It's happened only in Mumbai mere bhai
Too good yummy n full of cheese

Isso que eu observei muita sujeira
É exatamente assim na Índia, Bangladesh, Nepal e Paquistão. Eu moro em Bangladesh, e eu amo aqui, sou louca pela comida de rua, procuro comer sempre cozido ou bem frito.
This not a dosa , this is FULL PLATE MEALS 🤣
It seems he's just pouring water instead of the dosa batter. Ruined the dosa there itself.
