@@TheTrancemaster90 Man, you have such good ears, I really found the similarities in all the 3 songs you mentioned. In the orchestral part I think it sounds like Chevaliers de Sagreal from Hans Zimmer. Actually in all collaborations of Shapov with AvB I had the HZ feeling, in 'Our Origin' from Interstellar OST and in 'Last dancer' from Inception OST. But I don't think this is a bad thing, Hans Zimmer is a genius and I am happy he influences even the EDM.

Tiesto - change genre from trance to mainstream EDM, because he want to reach a larger group of people, and who have different taste in music.
Armin - revolutionized genre, to do the same thing. (still making good trance, and commercial progressive songs)

yeah.. for years i was trying my best to stick with Tiesto but Armin remained true to trance.. don't get me wrong.. i still love both of them..just Armin has overthrown Tiesto and my fav DJ.. Tiesto, however, was the reason I love trance
@User Name I'm 21yrs old and a agree with you,the real trance was in the 90s but it doesn't mean that there is no more beautiful trance songs nowadays, I really like "la résistance de l'amour" it's just genius, and there is some other good music out there still produced, but the unfortunate thing is that tracks like thos are few and the rest is literally garbage.
PS: it's my own opinion.
@User Name why should this not be real trance?! Everything in life is evolving. It's like saying that a modern car isn't a car anymore, just because a 5 year old can drive it because of electronic assistance. The 90s trance was more simple and this just because of limitation. Nowadays a MacBook has more cpu power than an whole studio back in the 90s. There were also limitations in the software - a lot of production techniques weren't possible at that time. There will always be a change, in every musicgenre besides classical and some other closed minded genres, you have to life with that. Ever edm genre will be affected from another one and vice versa, isn't that beautiful?

I think it should have been the other way around
First Armin is no No.1 DJ since some years , and second his latest Tracks are not really Trance by the way ,they listen more like EDM shit or something like this . For mr real Trance Producers are PVD, JOC, Giuseppe Ottaviani or Aly & Fila these guys Producing real Uplifting Trance that is Pure Trance for me , some years ago Armin Produces the same good Uplifting Sound , but not at this time !
@@puretrance128 Go listen to Tiesto and get out of AVB's channel. The fact that it has some more "modern" nuances doesn't mean it's not good. Combine these DJs into one and he still will be #1.

Armin with Shapov has found what he was researching, a new fresh sound , a beautiful Trance record that reminds me Jean Michelle Jarre. This Track and "Crashing Over" by Factor B are The Best Tunes of this 2019 in my opinion. No Doubts
You're so right. I thought of the exact same. There's no need for huge festival banger genres like Big Room (even though it's a fun genre). We need a fresh and new sound and Armin and Shapov really did a great job on making this new fresh sound. The whole Trilogy EP is so different, that's why I like it!
