I traveled in their Volvo 9400 Euro6, Bharat Benz Capella and most recently Volvo Celeste. Buses are clean, look fancy due to proper lighting and super comfy blankets, that's it. Prices not meeting rest of the amenities. Especially, the TVs/Internet service are horrible, delays are quite common for them. My recent Celeste experience was pretty bad. Customer care/WhatsApp didn't work, rude staff.

Chalo badhiya dikh raha hai gaadi... Will do either this one or 9600s next. Website/app mein they mention Volvo B11R for all the 3 buses. So, have to check which one is 9600s while booking the next. Last time 9600s ki chakkar mein Celeste aa gaya 😢
