Amanda, I love your use of maps in the videos. Another stat that I'd like to see would be the various internet speeds current at the homes. I don't know if that would be too difficult to do consistently.

So quick and concise! Superb editing! I love how you pan slowly, your camera is obviously stabilized, so no bouncing around, and you show the outside street first and all of the area including the backyard. You cover a ton, but the video isn't really very long! I'm so used to watching UA-cam videos that could be HALF AS LONG if they didn't yippity yap like a Chihuahua the entire time and EDITED! LOL 😲🤷‍♂
My only real complaint is the majority of houses in Mexico have tiny little bitty lots! Many lots are smaller than the square footage of the house because the house is 2 stories! How does a person find a house with a nice big 10,000+ sqft. lot? I can imagine that acreage is not even a thing! LOLOL

Thank you so much for the compliments! Yeah, it's quite like urban living in these small Lake Chapala towns. Big yards and more land are easier to find a bit outside of town, or even in other towns that aren't so populated.

Walls are very common in Mexico. Every country has their differences in architecture. Not sure what "says it all" means though.

For the 3rd home in Chapala Haciendas, what is the water and sewer situation? Is it on a well or have municipal water? Does it have a septic tank or is it connected to a municipal sewer? Could a lap pool added in the backyard and how much would it cost? It looks like a vehicle would be needed to live in that area?

Chapala Haciendas just put in a brand new well for the whole community. That specific home is on septic. It was built in 2020. A lap pool could could be added starting at about $20k USD. Yes, you would need a car to live in that area.

Hi there Amanda, I am in a wheelchair, is it possible for you to showcase some Wheelchair friendly home options either in Ajijic or Chapala? Preferably ones that accept pets or service animals if possible.

Hi! As for wheelchair friendly homes, your best bet is a one story. I get many buyers who prefer a one story exactly for that reason or that they are older and prefer not to have stairs of any kind. There aren't too many homes here that are already prepped for wheelchair accessibility, but you can most definitely do some conversions to accommodate it.

I don't believe there are. If it's not in a gated community, it will not have HOA fees.
