The reason you couldn't hear army as much is because many didn't attend because of what happened last year with grammy turning into scammys. But I think many army attended the show via vlive or waited for it to come out on youtube via other armys. Plus I also think it's because of covid. But yall best believe if it weren't for those 2 factors bts would have totally been hyped by the crowd just like at the PTD concerts. So obviously scammys was the main reason.
