Buying a car is a choice you have to decide that will not break your savings. If you can afford to buy a new one, why not? If you have reliable mechanic to maintain used car then buy a used one! Whichever is affordable.👌🏻👍🏻❤️🇺🇸❤️
When I buy a car, I want to make sure I’m safe and don’t want to have problems with the car breaking up. If it’s used you don’t know the car problems. I change car every 3 years, so not too have any problem, pag nag umpisa na syang masira mahirap mag problema. That’s why for me you buy a car if you can afford and make sure you have a very stable job and also have enough savings.

Thaank you po sa topic nyo. Me and my husband po is planning to buy a new car and parehas kami nagiisip kung bago ba o luma. Ayaw po kasi namin na may hinuhulugan na iba kasi may housing loan na po kami. Right now nasa half way na kami ng budget namin para sana pang down. Isip namin 50%dp pero may monthly pa rin, nde kagaya ng 2nd hand makakahanap kami ng sasakyan na pwede naming fully paid. Currently, may sasakyan po kami pero nde namin madala sa malayong lugar kasi 27 years old na. 1993 nissan sentra po pero happy kami kasi nung nabili namin sya maayos sya at na-maintain ng dating owner kaya nde sumakit ang ulo namin. Ginagamit po namin sya until now kaya lang sa pasyalan wala kami magamit. We will consider din po yung nga share nyo po dito na info. ❤👍
I own a 2ndhand and a Bnew one, yung sakto lang sa pangangailangan namin sa Business and for Family use. Kahit nakapondo yung bnew ko 1year nalang ay mas convenient parin yung 2ndhand kasi sumasabay sa monthly ang maintenance neto, sa 2ndhand pag nasundan mo ang maintenance schedule matagal yan bago masira. Depende rin sa tao pero mas ok ang Cash basis 2ndhand or Bnew. 😊

Nothing wrong buying a second hand car IF and ONLY IF YOU HAVE DECENT KNOWLEDGE ABOUT CARS AND ENGINES! but if you buy a second hand car without any skill to identify its condition i can assure you, you will burn on repair and spare parts pretty nicely
My friend purchased a 10-year-old used car, which at times needed some repairs that cost around $200 every week, thereby totaled $800 in a month.
Given this sad experience, she never trusted old cars and resorted to buying a brand new car with a monthly amortization of $500 only.
Do you think she made a correct decision, or maybe she should have looked for a trusted good car mechanic to put back her trust in old used cars?
10 years is too old. Sabi ni Charm, maximum 5 years.
The issue is paperwork and condition of the vehicle, other than that its a good alternative.
Depende yan Buying Second hand car sakit lang sa olo yan mapaparami ka ang gastos kesa bago kung baga sa tao diba yung lifespan niya malapit na masira parang tao din yan eh.. dimo alam kung gustong ibenta yung dating may ari kasi my hidden problem na siya.. maliban sa magastos na sa gasolina, dimo alam kung gaano kaingat yung dating may ari... So yung maintenance niya mapapagastos ka talaga... So within five years maparami ka na ang maintenance pag second hand...
If know how to maintain a car it is not expensive than paying monthly amortization of the vehicle.
