33:24 That version of Tig has the vibe of the person you want in a zombie apocalypse. You're like "what do we do" and Tig has already built a bazooka out of fertilizer, broken down pallet wood and some discarded wind chimes while everyone was freaking out. 👍
I believe it about the cold plunges. A recovery group I am involved with, we cold plunge often - including in a river in winter. It is so much more exhilarating and sustaining than any drug any of us ever did.
I have to say I'm thrilled that you 3 put this podcast together! I started listening from the first episode. I have had a crush on each of you pretty little ladies! I fell for Tig when I watched 1 Mississippi❤ ❤ then Mae Martin, when I watched Feel Good.. twice! Fortune Feemster I really started loving her when she was on Juicy Scoop! I also loved her in Fubar! As I found each one of you I had to find all your different content ❤ keep it PLL! BTW I am a straight woman in her 50s ..but have questioned that after my crushes on yall😅😂
I feel you Fortune! My "mamaw" was from the hollers in Kentucky. She often "prescribed" suppositories and enemas to me and the other grandkids for tummy aches and poo problems (it ran in the fam)! She also harvested these mountain mushrooms that she dried and turned into this tar-black salve that she slathered on any wound or zit we had! She was a true mountain woman. I miss her bunches!
When you laugh with each other it gives the audience the feeling we can laugh along with you. It seems like you’re cutting yourselves off from that a little bit
I LOVE the Goldilocks bit Tig & Jon Dore did on Conan. I’ve watched it several times & it cracks me up every time. Tig interrupting with very reasonable questions was hilarious.
My dad’s side of the family is from the South and the suppository and cola cures were totally something I grew up with as well. When someone says their stomach is acting up the first thing that pops into my head to tell them is go to the bathroom and have a cola. 😂
I still have all the thousands of dollars of compact discs I got…just in the basement. Connan wrote monorail and can do no wrong, to my mind. Keep it handsome, you guys. Love! 💕
So happy to see you all again! 🎉 I've slept only 2 hours. Great pod to have some coffee to. I'm zonking out after this though... Well until my dog demands otherwise. We'll see ...
there’s an amazing radiolab episode titled “Fungus Among us” that answers the question about human evolutionary survival luck (and how that luck may be running out lol)
I'd go back and talk beverage companies out of using single use plastic. I still remember returning glass Tab bottles with my grandma to get the 5 cents!
Suppositories!!!! I know why they were used! It's basically like putting medicine under your tongue. The body can absorb it quickly there. Gross, but scientifically logical. Thank you Fortune for bringing back memories of my own southern grandma's go-to remedy. Don't miss it either.
I did swimming and PT for 60-120m in the Fall (Inland Cascadia) while I recovered from a knee injury. The water was frequently 50-60F with air temps of 45-65F and it helped my muscle and joint pain soooooooo much - though it was tiring (but in a good way).
Fortune, I too have a shallowish pool. I get a two or three pool noodles and lace them under my arms and behind my back -they lift me high enough that I can do all sorts of leg work. I do my arms separately while standing.
As a trauma therapist, I have to wonder if all of the suppositories were maybe a bit traumatic. That sounds like an insane amount of suppositories, Fortune! . . . and the whole lemon juice bleaching, hmmm. Have you ever seen the musical, "Gypsy?" Sorry to psychoanalyze, but it seems they really wanted to preserve you as a perfect little blond curly-haired girl. This whole conversation about home remedies and tanning is fascinating. I am equally - both disturbed and lmao. 🤣
The story of the Argentinian woman is so relatable. I hate it when people do that. What do they think will happen? "OMG THANKS! I forgot I was a professional dancer. I can dance freely? Thank you so much". I wonder if this is something people commonly say all around the world or if it's a local thing becase I'm from Uruguay (next door neighbor to Argentina) and I've been told that more than once. It sucks. Maybe Latinamericans are super condescending when it comes to dance.
I would have stopped the attack and book burning at the Institute of Sexology founded by Magnus Hirschfeld in the Weimar Republic, saved the LGBT people and documentation of LGBT healthcare inside the institute and by doing so maybe preventing WW2 entirely.
I'm late to comment but that is so well thought out. That was such a huge event in history that so many people aren't aware of. It really would have changed so many things.
Guys, or ladies, or fellow human people, I loved this episode but the night after I first listened to it I had a horrible nightmare about dinosaurs roaming the earth! Earth! It was like normal life but with T-Rexes, and when they would show up it was kind of like the movie a Quiet place, except I think in the dream it was that they could see any movement. Which is how it was in real life, I mean in Jurassic Park, right? Thanks for terrorizing my resting moments.
During the industrial revolution in the UK there was an " uprising" by a group called Luddites, who started out protesting that the machinery and coal mines would damage the working poor. They tried to stop the industrial revolution. They failed miserably but people had recognized the danger
I love watching even more than listening because seeing their faces as they talk, react or respond to each other, or laugh is so fantastic! 🤣💓

“I’m a pillar of health” 🤣 Fortune so so proud of you! Makes me wanna try real bad 👙
Mae is secretly recording all of Fortune's singing and will one day release a very chaotic album lol
😂😂🎉
I’m in tears over “TWO YEAAAARS… of gold” 🤣
😂😂😂
Mae is actually pronouncing Rihanna's name correctly! It does sound extra Canadian, though
Yes, Mae said it correctly!
Came to say this!
Fortune and Tig love to give Mae shit for things they’re actually correct about.
Would love to hear them try and pronounce Tove Lo’s name 😂
I ❤ when Fortune sings! OMG you guys should record an album and title it: "When Fortune SINGS"😊
Every time someone says they got into comedian because they were a fan of Conan O'Brien my heart grows three sizes.
I have to say I'm thrilled that you 3 put this podcast together! I started listening from the first episode. I have had a crush on each of you pretty little ladies! Nice, I was wondering when Conan would show up to ask a question! Tig is always a great guest on Conan.
I feel you Fortune! My "mamaw" was from the hollers in Kentucky. She often "prescribed" suppositories and enemas to me and the other grandkids for tummy aches and poo problems (it ran in the fam)! My fave is when Fortune needed to lose the Willie character but was so committed to the bit that he had to announce his departure 😂
I play a game as I watch Handsome.
I take a drink every time Tig exclaims "FORTUNE!!" in shock over something? Fortune says.
When you laugh with each other it gives the audience the feeling we can laugh along with you. It seems like you’re cutting yourselves off from that a little bit
“Two Years of gold” took me out. ☠️ 😂
I love Tig’s joy and pride over Fortune treading water
I LOVE the Goldilocks bit Tig & Jon Dore did on Conan. I’ve watched it several times & it cracks me up every time. Tig interrupting with very reasonable questions was hilarious.
The plum liquor is called Slivo (or short for Slivovitz). I'm Croatian and this is mother's milk!
You 3 are a golden trio! Never laughed so hard at a podcast!
You all cracked me up throughout this entire episode! 😘 Tears were running down my face several times. 😂🤣 I love each of you so much! ❤️🫶🏻😘
My dad’s side of the family is from the South and the suppository and cola cures were totally something I grew up with as well. When someone says their stomach is acting up the first thing that pops into my head to tell them is go to the bathroom and have a cola. 😂
“2years of gold…” definitely a new merch idea, on a tee shirt! 😂😂
Fortune and Mae could be the comedy duo: Lemon-head and Poo-finger. Hahaha!
😂😂🍋💩
My favorite way to start the day - with the Handsomes!
I still have all the thousands of dollars of compact discs I got…just in the basement. Connan wrote monorail and can do no wrong, to my mind. Keep it handsome, you guys. Love! 💕

Thank you for the video!
Jon Dore shout out!! That guy is so underrated and that bit with him on Conan was killer!
The relatability at the beginning of this episode 😂 housecall IV and heated pools
I’m totally addicted to this show, it’s awesome!!
Fortune!!! « Pluggin’ some butts with the handsome pod… oooohhhh! » Oh my gosh i love this show so damn much.
Measuring gold in the form of time made me cry cackle
Thomas is amazing 😂 a long list he’s got 😂
I can attest my old southern grandpa also thought suppositories were the cure to everything
This is in my top favorite pods …. Tosh , Smartless And Handsome!!
Omgosh my mom and the suppositories!!! She was giving me those too! Finally I was like - no I’m good. 😂
Handsomes! Thanks for being you. Also I love Conan❤
Fortune- keep it up. You are glowing and look fantastic.
All 3 of you look totally stoned…love it!!!😂
there’s an amazing radiolab episode titled “Fungus Among us” that answers the question about human evolutionary survival luck (and how that luck may be running out lol)
Hahahaha my mom would always say go sit on the toilet. Have a headache? Go sit on the toilet! 😂😂😂
I listen to MP3s and Spotify, but i kept my favorite albums on cd, particularly the MIXES… so precious, and mixes on Spotify are just not the same.
Mae and I watched the same TikTok about the cocaine/dopamine/cold plunge fact 😂
I wish I had friends to chat and laugh with like the 3 of you. ❤.
The TIG photo should be an album cover.
I loved the episode with y'all in the same room. 😊
I love you handsome ladies❤ I laugh so hard at every episode 😂😂
Chasing The Dragon!😮😂😂😂thanks Fortune
Love you all so much!!!
When talking about Thomas giving them a suppository and Mae said ‘add it to the list’ and it completely slipped under the radar 👀
I'd go back and talk beverage companies out of using single use plastic. I still remember returning glass Tab bottles with my grandma to get the 5 cents!
scootin' around is the new thing- i am in
I wish they'd play the theme song for these a UA-cam vids! Can't get enough 😂
Is it weird that I listen to Handsome in my car...... Then when I have time, I watch this on UA-cam to find the moments that made me laugh?
I'm all about being the "pretty little lady"😄
An international Handsome tour would be so fun!
Came for Conan, stayed for suppositories.
I was so bummed when Mai couldn't be on their episode of Taskmaster Champion of Champions so finding this podcast is making up for that for me
Healthcare went... Leeches for bleeding, suppositories , the drink bleach 😂
Suppositories!!!! I know why they were used! It's basically like putting medicine under your tongue. The body can absorb it quickly there. Gross, but scientifically logical. Thank you Fortune for bringing back memories of my own southern grandma's go-to remedy. Don't miss it either.
Im dying here 😂
I love your show!
Omg Thomas!!! 🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️🙋🏻♀️❤️❤️❤️

they make me laugh out-loud for REAL... look like a dork at desk... what is the pic behind Mae?
I love Willie! Long live Willie the Wizard!
Fortune, I too have a shallowish pool. I get a two or three pool noodles and lace them under my arms and behind my back -they lift me high enough that I can do all sorts of leg work. I do my arms separately while standing.
OMG Fortune!
Please talk about your granny’s favorite remedy in a special.
So freaking awesome!

Same Tig! Use the lemon and a cup of water that you’re not using!
Love you guys❤
Plugging some butts!

L o v e this podcast!
Thank y'all! ❤
Excuse me, I'm sorry to be a bother, but I just have to tell y'all. I love your voices.
😂
I would go back to this one day in the summer of 2020 when I travelled to Minneapolis and wore those awful shorts!
Suppositories for sunburn! Grandma’s problem area and suppositories oh my and not telling her about being gay 😅

Deon Cole wrote for Conan I believe.
Love, love, love, you handsome "Peeps" ❤

Maybe she meant Rhiannon from that Stevie Nick’s song getting IV fluid.
Yaaaaaaaay ❤🎉😊❤
I so agree with Tig, if I could not have smoked (similar history as Tig) I would be so grateful. COPD is a bitch!
Is no one is going to acknowledge "intergenerational suppositories" ??
😂
My grandparents; castor oil. If you're really sick- cod liver oil. From a tablespoon. YUCK!
Audio must be fixed. All good here
berlin!
Suppositories.... the blood letting of the 80's/90's, but its poop 😂
I'll see Tig in Peekskill
Anyone else wanted Fortune’s wizard name to be Usadore??? Magic Tavern Crossover!!! Pls!
Mae is saying Rihanna’s name correctly.

Can you get Meredith Macneill to ask you a question? 🎉
