Please be careful before you buy any property in Gurgaon. DHBVN, a Haryana Govt organization, that supply electricity in Gurgaon has stopped new connections starting Jun 2021. People have purchased new properties in Sushant Lok and several other sectors in Gurgaon and now have to wait for electricity connections since months. The reason given is lack of infrastructure and private builders not invested in building substations. I myself have suffered. Our Government bodies shamelessly released such orders without thinking about how common man is suffering despite paying hefty amount to Govt as registration charges. Why don’t they stop registration itself? I sincerely hope Govt will resume electricity connection soon

Sorry to say but having such a big house and there no space for temple ...what is use to have such a big bar ...also no space for servant room and there list of things which astetically wrong ....! No proper planning is been done by architect .

Sir I think its your English exam and the teacher is bored by you talking so much unnecessarily. Show the property instead of blabbering so much, it is below average and the spacing of 500 sqyd area is so poorly managed. The bathrooms are as small as in a 150 sqyd home, balconies have nothing exciting, even after having so much space, the house looks like a box with so much darkness inside. Plus in all over Delhi Gurgaon there is no pure oxygen. I believe you also want to get few of your facts straight, for example know what is a kitchen island, its not connected with any part of the slab. Sorry for my harsh response, but the video is prolonged.

Good property but definitely not 7 start at all. No dishwasher, no ice maker, no bathtubs, the planning is not well thought of- kitchen is way too much far from dining room, no thought behind putting a window to the washroom from the bedroom. Not impressive at all! Not worth it!
