Probably because Sean wasn’t told that he has lines in his base form. I think they only had the lines to work off of, not game footage. So Sean probably didn’t know that Black reverts to base form for certain lines and assumed that it was only Rosé.

I feel like it would be so much better if other characters could transform like Frieza Like Goku and Vegeta could transform into SSJB (giving us 2 more slots for two more characters) Goku Black transforming into SSJR Maybe Trunks with Goten as an assist character (like Ginyu, Nappa, and Goku Black) and transform into Gotenks for a limited amount of time with a new moveset (the one he has now) Hit with Pure Progress (stance changes everytime he uses it and works like Adult Gohan's Potential Unleashed) I love this game to death though!!!!! I just feel like it would fit so much better instead of having Frieza be the only person who can transform in this game
