graff culture is heavily ego driven from beefs to bombs, but graff itself, and further more art in general, are pretty selfless, in my opinion. you're not you- you're this word, or symbol up on a wall and what's more, is that it's all anonymous the majority of the time. so many sacrifices are made from just putting a name up on a wall for other peoples' enjoyment. "you" don't matter anymore. only the story you create through your journey in this artistic movement that's so much bigger than any of us individually.
He’s so right though if you see a giant piece you know it immediately. His style is so recognizable. Such a legend.
Very interesting to hear mikes take on Buddhism. Got me reconsidering certain aspects of my life and attitude.

Mike is definitely a perfect example of what a human should be like.
Daoism really helped me keep my ego in check, even though i went through waves, Giant is one of the dudes work i dug growing up. You two are killin it.
