It is best tip to listen your voice and practice with yourself. But bing a mother of two very naughty kids and working leady it is not my cup of tea. I wish i have enough time to improve my speaking skill.

Times ego I don't understand anything in English, and I spoke a little not very correct but all time I tried, I started to practice listening because my listening was bad now I started to understand better, but now I struggle to speak because I feel nervous to say something and say it wrong.

Because everyone is not taking action...take action and speak for at least 10 minutes, open your camera and record videos...while speaking.
