Oh dang, Vestige looks cool.
Sweeeeeeet. I love the weather effects. You know, despite the fact we are multiple floors underground. Then again, that's what makes it even more otherworldly, if the blood floor and flesh-ridden walls didn't do it for you.
It's supposed to be based in the 3rd circle of hell according to Dante, where sinners are punished with freezing rain, among other things.

I mean, if you also think about it, the hud where Isaac choosing between the three paths can be seen as an elevator. Doesn’t necessarily have to go down. This can technically be going up and outside.
@@rickyyyspice2834 That could actually match up with the other floors too, to an extent. Circle 9, treachery, has its denizens trapped in ice while circle 6, heresy, has the punishment of being locked in a burning stone coffin.
I'll be honest,I expected a reskinned Womb aesthetic.
Glad they went with the "courtyard being slowly corrupted by blood"
motif instead.
Also,the music kicks ass.

But knowing the brilliant, wonderful, clever, yet sadistic pricks on this team, and the collective PTSD I have from Tomb, the OG Stalag-might, and The Darkest Dungeons Crimson Court DLC, That happiness is slowly overshadowed by a creeping dread.
The one dislike is Isaac knowing he'll have to go through this place.

i been 5 years...
The glacier had you freezing, & The tomb probably annoyed you with alot of traps, but......now the vestige is trying to eat you alive. As the chunks of flesh grin at you, calling out their hunger
Edit: Belive it or not, on nov 10 it literally started to storm and I thinked of it as a coincidence seince I live in illinois, the vesige is like stormy so idk if I can tell if its a coincidence or not

well, there was a huge amount of nerfs and buffs, so they will need to remake most of the synergies, almost every item was affected by nerf/buff
