That’s not rear torque steer you can feel when you boot it - it’s the rear subframe bushes.
Subframe bush inserts and the underbody brace will cure this.

I’d make your first mod the rear powerflex sub frame inserts. It makes the rear more connected to rest of the car and gone is the floaty feeling

I did both front and rear powerflex I wouldn't advice just the rear but that's my opinion

If it bounces off the rev limiter in manual then the gearbox has been tuned. Standard in manual the gearbox would change up at the redline automatically.
