As far i know Opeth's and Forgotten Tomb's work, they have different style of doing music, so not comparable at all

Well... ferdinando can go lower, but we can feel the black metal side. Mikael has a really fat and mid/low growl, with some mid/high black screams, which better fit for death metal stuffs. Both are equally amazing.
