Not gonna lie: the scene where there's a closeup on Louis face... showing all his supernatural hatred towards the full Théâtre des Vampires... is one of the scariest yet beautifully executed parts of this gorgeous film.
Libera me is literally the musical grieving representation of Anne Rice and the loss of her daughter Michelle, age 5, to leukemia. Strange how early critics of the book called Interview with the Vampire "convoluted" and "poorly written". Decades later, in contrast to modern vampire stories/franchises, Anne Rice's work is now well-regarded as having established the modern lore of vampire fiction.
I love this, but it's ever-so-slightly different than the film cue -- the bit in the film where Madeiline and Claudia's burned remains turn to dust has the fuller, original version of Libera Me. I'm nitpicking, though. This piece is brilliant.

The two GREAT things about this movie:the sountrack and the acting.
Everything is beautiful in this movie))
"Where's Claudia? WHERE'S CLAUDIA?!"

La morte delle amiche buttate in un pozzo ad aspettare il sole che le distrugga

I love how it circles back to libera me when louis finally finds Claudia
Hell yeah I’ve always been a sucker for reprises
Nostalgic memories of watching this film

Hồn Về Trong Gió - Nguyễn Ngọc Ngạn :)
"It's time for justice, little one!"
Mi sembra la morte delle due compagne nella fossa aspettando il sole
This selection still gets me. Better without the choir voices though. Just the organ. Sad
What are you talking about, the choir MAKES it!
TimeandMonotony I just mean a wii bit too much around the 3 and 4 minutes marks. I’m super particular. I like the choir I just like the music more 😇
