Na mate. The answer is either „only wheat and egg“ as in the ingredients for the pasta or cheese is a valid answer. Parmesan is basically dumped on every spaghetti version. Tomato sauce is not. There are more versions without tomato sauce than with, but more versions with cheese than without.
In Italy there different version of spaghetti with cheese. I been to Italy 4 times and tried them all. Sauce only on noodle is 🤢
It gets worse. There are people who eat spaghetti with no sauce and only butter.
