Following the mid-season finale, Sam and Dean get themselves checked into a mental hospital in order to investigate a case that a former hunter (Martin) told them about. In this Girl, Interrupted inspired episode, we see crazy things going on that lead Sam and Dean to believe that they are going crazy too.
