I just pulled the trigger on an upgrade from the S10e myself. Battery life is obviously way way better (S10e only has 3100mAh compared to the A53's 5000mAh), although it does seem like the processor might be a bit weaker. Memory is the same, and they both have expandable storage as well. No headphone jack, if that's important to you. Overall, I'd say the A53 5g is the better phone, and it will be better in the long haul, with updates for the next 4 years (according to Samsung). My S10e is getting close to 80% battery capacity, which is quite awful considering where it started at.
My 3 Reasons To Purchase This Absolutely Splendid Phone: I. Although I Rather More Prefer A Display Size Of 6.6 & Larger...6.5 Is Acceptable II. It Has At Least A 5000mAh Battery III. It Has An Exynos Processor At Least~If Not A Qualcomm Snapdragon Processor...But Thankfully Not A Bloody Rubbish Bin Mediatek Processor...It's Practically A Flagship Level Phone Without The Flagship Price...The Premium Design And Nearly Zero Bezels Is Absolutely Splendid...
Still priced a bit too high compared to viable alternative devices. No charger included in the box unless your retailer bundles one. 3.5 mm audio jack is gone this year. No Wi-Fi 6 support and no FM radio. The new Exynos 1280 chipset performs worse than the Snapdragon 778G it replaces. Camera quality is a mixed bag. Video stabilization only available in 1080p. Donot buy anymore...

Not impressed with A53.. Finger print sensor doesn't work with protective case which is a Must have, face recognition doesn't work properly either. No Aux port or charger wall vox. And can't shake phone to turn on Flashlight, which I truly enjoyed with my Motorola
Yet I think you should buy the A33 5G and not the 33% to 50% more expensive A53 5G (acc. to current market prices). They are almost the same after all.

The year the phone was launched. So this phone launched with Android 12 which means you'll receive 13,14,15, and 16.
Thank you. I am trying to convince myself with this phone although the bad comments regarding its processor. People arguing that A52s 5G is far better than it. My other alternative is to buy A73.
@J L Thank you for your kind response. I think it is not important where I am living. I mean, if i traveled to a country where it has 5G, or sometimes you wish to hold a mobile capable of 5G so that, it will provide you with powerful connection. Anyway, I already bought M52. I guess it might be better than A53 but not in everything I wish.
I have had it since it launched. I pre ordered it. I have no issues with it. Like you said good battery life. Could be a little bit faster for gamers but I don't game. So it's been working so well for me.
I came from one plus phones and oxygen os was very clean this seems to be too. I have also gotten monthly security updates 2x so far. Just got the may 2022 one today.
Is it as good as an s22+ maybe not... is it a great phone for the price I think it is.
It would be if a52s does not exist
@@markoroncevic it does not exist for us in the US we never got the A52s 5g. Samsung doesn't always offer all its mid range phones here because the competition isn't the same
@@MrMikey1273 oh, ok then
Went from OnePlus one to OnePlus six to now probably the a53. Never wanted to spend ridiculous amounts. Just need big battery and for the phone to survive 5 years.
how can i play vedios from my gallery like iphone while using other app or while close the phone?
I had the Samsung A 73. My battery died soo fast. 😢 recently I got the Samsung A 53 and honestly the battery life on this last all day. I paid more for the A73 but honestly I prefer the A53. I run tik tok my music app fb &honestly she beautiful &lighter. 😍
Do you have two services with two SIM cards?
Hows the refresh rate on this phone? I bought a52 5g from asia, brought it here in the US and its freakn struggling, text comes late and 5g not compatible.
I have a A 53 5G and this is a great phone
Cam the US version of this phone be use overseas with other Sims cards
I sm using this phone A 53 since last 5 days ..Heating issue while video call and scan pages by adobe scan ...very high heated. Than any other phone ...please fix this issue .
I find the design of this phone far more elegant compared to today's phones
How's the performance lag?
The funny thing is for me is that I’m standing between this one and iPhone 14 pro 😂 I know totally different price point and iOS vs android but I love them both in different ways 😅
WTF MAN HAHAHA my maaan.. Diffrent universe phones :D
Get both
Is it worth the change to A53 from S10e?
I just pulled the trigger on an upgrade from the S10e myself. Battery life is obviously way way better (S10e only has 3100mAh compared to the A53's 5000mAh), although it does seem like the processor might be a bit weaker. Memory is the same, and they both have expandable storage as well. No headphone jack, if that's important to you. Overall, I'd say the A53 5g is the better phone, and it will be better in the long haul, with updates for the next 4 years (according to Samsung). My S10e is getting close to 80% battery capacity, which is quite awful considering where it started at.
Orderd yesterday in india! 😊
My 3 Reasons To Purchase This Absolutely Splendid Phone:
I. Although I Rather More Prefer A Display Size Of 6.6 & Larger...6.5 Is Acceptable
II. It Has At Least A 5000mAh Battery
III.
Watching from A53 5G 👌🏽 love it
Is there secure folder on the device?
Is it worth upgrading from IPhone SE (2020)? I don’t play any game. But I use my phone all time as I’m a Uber driver.
Yup
100%
Sure thing!

Yup
Still priced a bit too high compared to viable alternative devices.
No charger included in the box unless your retailer bundles one.
3.5 mm audio jack is gone this year.
No Wi-Fi 6 support and no FM radio.
The new Exynos 1280 chipset performs worse than the Snapdragon 778G it replaces.
Camera quality is a mixed bag.
Video stabilization only available in 1080p.
Donot buy anymore...
It's now 349 USD.
This is a budget phone lad.
Got mine on sale for $216
I'm waiting for the Tesla PI phone. It will work anywhere, even outer space. For now, my Vivo Y19 works great.
It won't work anywhere in the world. It hasn't even came out yet. Remember when the Tesla truck (that never came out) had unbreakable glass and it broke during their reveal? I do.
Should I buy the A53 5g or the S20 FE?
What did you decide on?
I just got mine a couple days ago and it has no charger so p***
I had an offer on A53 8ram/256Gb of 430$ or a Note 20 8ram/256Gb open box brand new for 470$ and they'd buy my current phone A70 for 90$.. what should I do? I want to upgrade but I don't want to spend a lot of money. I really like the note 20 bronze colour and looks but I'm afraid it's old and won't be supported for long however, I also don't want to upgrade to a phone that's not so different than mine.
Note 20 is a shit phone, plus and ultra are good models though
@@febin320 I actually think the note 20 was phenomenal.
What is it with the new samsung galaxy s21 s22 s20 sems most tempred glass don't work one bit and most flims don't stick at all move all around like good lord plz tell me this works with tempred glass I want a phone that will work again got a built in case with thumb thing but nope didn't work case is beautiful though lol
I had a A series Samsung phone and it broke in no time. Charging port went out.
I have one and it works good for what I need. Not the fastest, and the camera isn't the best. But it's a good phone.
does it get sloppy overtime?
Not impressed with A53.. Finger print sensor doesn't work with protective case which is a Must have, face recognition doesn't work properly either. No Aux port or charger wall vox. And can't shake phone to turn on Flashlight, which I truly enjoyed with my Motorola

Yet I think you should buy the A33 5G and not the 33% to 50% more expensive A53 5G (acc. to current market prices). They are almost the same after all.
Fax
True but I can't find any with 8GB of ram that's much cheaper than the A53
Thank u. Just purchased phone 12/6/22.
HIT ME UP ON TELEGRAM 👆👆
no headphone jack?😢 none expandable storage?😭
I bought this phone for 200. What a steal of a phone. Love it thus far.
Watching with A53 5g .vi both this become of 4 years software update n 5 years security update
Is it advisable to migrate from a80 to a53
A53 or S22 to fly dji drones nits are important thanks.
S22 all the way
@@MTGProductions Thankyou will be visiting Tescos in next few days thanks again.
S22 for the Features. A53 if you want to save some money, and S21fe If you still want to save some money but still get a lot of features and the same Update cycle as the other 2 phones.
@@ia6980 Thankyou just one thing do you think the s22plus would be better.
Looks like a very good phone.
Just purchased today. Will try it and see how it goes
I purchased mine last week
How is the battery life?
@@yudishj74 not as good as last gen a52s
@@yudishj74 mine has been fine. I watch more stuff than game, let's be honest if you are buying this it is for basics and some sprinkles. Gets the job done and I usually have 30-40% left from 6 to 11pm. Since I got it no issues. So, yay
I have been using for 2 weeks i guess battery is good for day to day use. Gaming drains alot with game mode and plugins on. Exynos is for camera and battery so till now all I can get is medium graphics hope developers optimize for gaming as well, I think it should be able to handle hd graphics.
Thanks ive just Bought one
Yesterday Thank you for saying
Its good buy ❣🙏
Buy the way i am in London
1 big reason not to buy. No charger!
How much is charger sold that you would not buy a phone because of it?
@@festuzsheneni9868 €20 minimum. Charger should be in the box end of story.
I have The samsung galaxy A53 through strighttalk its a good phone though when i go through chrome and the youtube apps restarts my phone when ads pop up other then that its a good phone
How is Samsung A53 in global market nw
Bought it, love it !!
$400 with Exynos chipset, I'm glad I live in Asia , here you can get more for $200 and yes it includes fast charger
Should have been better if it had QUALCOMM
I'm going from an A02s to this so the jump should be crazy lol
I think that video really was useful for me because I had a galaxy A22 and it was not as expected it turned out to be really bad so I do not recommend anybody to buy galaxy A22 and my dad wanted to buy me a new phone and bought for me galaxy A53 so this video really is useful for me cause now I know that the phone is a really good type one I wanna thank you for the very useful information ❤️👌🏻
Have you had issues with this phone getting hot? My husband has this phone and it gets very hot.
Brand new A53, or continue on with my S10 plus?
S10 Plus!
How much is this phone is Nigeria now a53

MTG make a video on the s20 fe in 2022 it's a great phone
It did came with a charger 🤔 just bought the phone a week ago
Shame that I bought my s22U for USD1,200 basically almost have the same treatment with their low and mid range phones...
Great phone had it a few days now good sound

This phone vs the A52s 5G?
If I can get the Xiaomi 11t Pro/ 12X or an OPPO X3 Neo for a cheaper/equal price, is it really worth it? Don't think so.
Actually A53 is downgrade of A52s . Chipsst and graphics wise
Should I buy a52 or a53?
A52 is better optimized, but a52s 5g is the best samsung midrange and is the same price
@@augustus8861 a52s is more expensive than a53 in my Country I think they know it's better
3 reasons why you shouldn't. 1: Really bad camera. 2: Slow startup time and generally untidy UI even with the alphabetical draw down and 3, my most favourite one and one I've discovered. Sometimes they're inclined to release updates that turn your phone into a useless brick.
Didn't experience any of them
@@Oxide53115 well I experienced all of them and had to buy a new phone as a result.
@fry292 The processor exynos 1280 is the problem. If they used any snapdragon processor just like A52s, it would be a great phone
@fry292 but gladly, all the issues are now fixed in the August patch
