Excellent subject! As a child, I accounted for every piece of every game and puzzle and put them all neatly away, so I wouldn’t return to find things missing. So, why do I now find knitting needles, crochet hooks, stitch markers, cables, etc in every room of my house when they started off in neat sets and tins and bags? My younger self applauded you and pointed a judgy finger at my adult self 😊
