Love the enthusiasm for their craft and the sensitivity for context that both musicians share! Would have been good to see more of them playing together - it’s probably hard to get the balance right (hard enough to record a harpsichord alone!) but it would be fun just to watch them jam and see if the two idioms mix in surprising ways.
This comparison of both instruments is interesting. My wife and I went to a harpsichord concert. She said that the harpsichord sounds like an electric guitar. (She knows nothing about harpsichord.)
Why the confusion of harpsichords - the interview was done over the Kirckman, whilst the close-ups of the details were of a Flemish instrument (Ruckers???). As for the second part of the video, WHY. Just WHY???
Well, this was a really unnecessary comment. If it had escaped your notice, it's Handel and Hendrix house as they both lived there, hence the combination. Next time please keep your negativity to yourself.

Should’ve played “Burning the Midnight Lamp”

Should have put the harpsichord thru a phaser

Because it's Hendrix's bedroom and it's in the same house, you pretentious moron.
But just who IS this Hendrix person?
@@paulcaswell2813 Someone who did things you barely could dream of just even imitating... 😉

@@balls6906 But he is right. Hendrix is nowhere close to Händel.
@@argi0774 Come on, man, don't be harsh... I don't know if he could sing, but Händel is not that bad!
@@maxmordon7295 Of course not. But Hendrix is a lot worse than Händel. A real big lot worse.
ohooooo my goood it´s a disaster
The guitarist is cool as hell; less so the posh bedwetter.
