after watching this, i'm deathly convinced i'll never be able to get even a single kill for the rest of my life. most i did in PVP was dragging to 50% health, and that's it.
keep practicing, you'll get it. I dueled in town often until I felt comfortable and went from there.

@@willoughby7540 thanks mate, looking to get into the game but strugglin to choose which build to go - was looking at human pala or alvarin hybrid with either archery or some magic
@@waveyzen in terms of easiest to use and most utility I'd go with an alvarin foot fighter. I have mounted archery and taming as well. Only thing I'm missing is heavy armor training which I'm at about 15 skill level right now
@@willoughby7540 Which professions you go with? I tried the same, but was stat capped w/ taming and archery and soft armor working. Didn't even have enough points to get to scale armor unfortunately so I re-rolled to trade taming for sword. Definitely not enough points to make the steel and use it for armor/weapons. I didn't see stacks of steel on the market either, so it puts me in a tough spot where I feel if I can't do it myself, then I'm out of luck :/
@@danieldelaney6028 you'd be surprised how well you can do things solo. I managed to fit Soft armor crafting, extraction up to steel, sword making, mammalia lore, animal material lore, all at 100. In terms of primaries I had like 70 MA. Maxed swords, maxed armor training, 20 to 50 HA training, full aggressive and defensive stance, maxed anatomy, maxed blocking, enough taming and cc to control and tame two horses. Don't get caught in the endurance/active regeneration trap. Those aren't worth the primaries imo for alvarins. Pm me in discord if you want a pic of my Stat allocation, name is willoughby. I've since created an alt so I removed Soft armor crafting
looks like shit, you just turn around yourself all the time, they need to redesign that shit in Mortal, don't think battles were supposed to look like that. They can make it more like in Mordhau eg.
