Try not to pat the OXALIC ACID in the silicone container. It may not all go in the heating cup when trying to pat down. Also easier to pat it down when you stick it in the hole. My opinion. Been using this a couple years now.
I used the easy vape today doing my 2nd of 3 weekly OAV treatments, it worked perfectly as have the other numerous times, no problems! I reccomend this ober the over priced unit which seems to have issues working at times.
