This guy is a scammer who made he's money via selling his books. You can find a video on the internet where a journalist goes to his real estate seminars. There people are being pitched for a more expensive Seminar and the environment there is very shady. People talk about losing up to 45000 dollars and even going into credit card debts only to realize they could have gotten the information from the internet.

Biggest thing that helped me, in the beginning, was to go over courses I had over and over... and to implementing anything I missed the first few times.
