Classic Horde. Headshot the FC and then bring a second fleet to fight the 70 dudes who were giving you content... then wonder why there's no fights and no content.
Tbh the fleets they do form are a bit large and kinda ruins it as the fights are quick.

@lukelogan9111 because it's a defence fleet. After they brought a second fleet we formed another and then combined.
Also you scram the FC as it messes up any/all anchoring on them. Fleet warps and the FC is all that’s left, yeah he’s gonna die
