I think it was Katie because I sleep the same way as earbutts instead of ear plugs I have earphones on that has the crashing waves like Davids because it just calms my body down and if I don't have it on the TV or on my headphones I can't sleep and I am like that all of the time so you know I think Katie's and David's is the best night routine cuz I do the same thing as them
