Also wanted to say…I love your quilt piece! It’s going to look SO amazing! Can’t wait to see it finished! I am in awe of how much stitching you accomplish!
Ah thank you so much. I feel bad sometimes for my husband as I stitch so much. He doesn't seem to mind though. You are entered. Thank you for your support, it means a lot to me.
Moths and the Moon is gorgeous. It made me sigh. You have many finishes and I am now motivated to get some finishes by end of this year. The Octavio Ocampo is amazing; I have the companion piece, Mouth of the Flower. I love that you filmed the video outside.
Thank you so much. It was such a nice day, I really had to do it. I also have been practicing my fiddle outside too. Cool that you have the companion piece. You are entered.
Beautiful background in your video today! I bought Cross stitch in the forest book too, can’t wait to start one from this book. I am amazed at the amount of stitching you get done, love seeing your projects.
Thank you so much. It is a good book. Although the stitches are deceptively more than you expect. I add up the stitches, given in the color key to have a fair idea of how much work.
I happy you will be trying to film every week. I hope it works out. Plaid, tree, moth, hill. Awesome video as usual. Until next week, happy stitching 🪡🙂
I love your area you live in. I have been to the bike rally in Digby, we came up from New Hampshire. Great projects you are working on. Moths on a hill. That all I can come up with. Look forward to your next flosstube.
That is so cool that you have been to Wharf Rat Rally. It is quite the event! We feel very fortunate to have found this place. I am sure New Hampshire is just as beautiful. There is another video up and you will get two entries if you comment on that video too.
Hi Sheila. hill - I love that one!! I love your location today. It’s so peaceful! Tempest Fujit (spelling?) looks amazing. I went to visit my daughter in BC and we climbed a hill 😀 To be honest, the mountains were breathtaking!!!! I love it out there 💗
Your campfire finish is adorable and looks fantastic on that fabric! I also bought a diamond paint kit but have never tried it yet. Good to hear your concert went well. The Christmas Quilts is going to look fabulous on that fabric. I am in the mood to stitch Fall and Halloween but I am still working on a Christmas piece. When I stitched the Olympics, there were two Halloween projects I stitched on. Sleepy Hollow and Minerva which is a bewitching pixie by Nora Corbett. Have a wonderful week and happy stitching.
Nice that you got some good Halloween stitching in. I always have a Halloween on the go. Last night I tried to work on Sleepy Hollow but my mind was not quite into it. Funny that you also got a Diamond Painting Kit too. Take care. It really does feel like Fall now.
You are kicking serious but on your finishing goal! Biopunk girl has such beautiful colors. My first sleep studies were nice and done at the sleep center of the hospital. The last one I had a few years ago before my gastric bypass was similar to yours. I hated it, it was so much less comfortable. Being able to sleep in my own bed was nice, but that stuff was more of a PITA to keep on.
I know! I wonder if they will really get valid results as I felt I truly did not have a normal sleep. Oh well. Next year I will have to do some FFOs. Thinking of making a quilt with all the smalls.
I had to go listen to Frank sing Baubles, Bangles, bright shiny beads. lol Swoony. Just waving hello to you and the algorithm while I sing-sing--a-ling-a-ling-a.
Awesome. It will be so exciting to see what we get. Fun that you and I both will be showing the advents. Feels a bit exclusive, knowing that she only sold a certain number of them.
I enjoy diamond painting, but I’m super picky about my kits. I refuse to buy small kits, I finish them too fast, but paying $50 hurts too. So I try to find sales or clearance kits, and it must be full coverage. Diamond art club and diamond dots of the 5 brands I’ve tried (2 are China kits) are both excellent quality.
I just bought my first Diamond Art. I am surprised at the crossover with cross stitching. I will start it once I finish my cheap one. I am motivated to complete that to start the DAC.
Also wanted to say…I love your quilt piece! It’s going to look SO amazing! Can’t wait to see it finished! I am in awe of how much stitching you accomplish!
Awe thank you so much. I am excited to see how it turns out too.
The campfire looks great, especially on that fabric. I look forward to seeing your diamond painting when it's done.
Thank you Karen. I am looking forward to starting my Plaid Autumn stitches.

Moth!
Always look forward to your videos. You amaze me with all you complete and work on.

B.C. is beautiful but I am so much happier living in N.S. Less populated. The mountains are truly spectacular though. You are entered.
A few summers ago we had a Cecropia Moth in our backyard. It’s the largest native moth in North America. It was HUGE….like as big as your hand!
Wow!! That is amazing, and just a little bit scary. Large insects are a little unnerving. You are entered.

Moth man lived on Halloween hill lane.
Ha ha. Love it!

I designed the tartan for our guild and I would like to have a plaid done for myself. I think moths are underrated.
Awesome. I agree. Moths are underrated. You are entered.
P.S. I also love licorice. Are you going to Stitch North in October? If so, I would love the opportunity to say hi.
@nicolec2523 no I am not. Too bad, would have been nice to meet you. I have had lots of travel this year. I have been wanting to stay at home more.
Would love to stitch the moth chart or Halloween hill

Did you knit your top and if so what is the pattern
No, I did not knit my top. I got it at a yard sale. It would be an easy pattern to knit but I am not that clever.
