- The Sky snapped a four-game skid in the team's 83-72 home win over the Dallas Wings.
Rookie Angel Reese broke the WNBA’s all-time record for consecutive double-doubles by a first-year player with seven straight games with one after June 20th (recorded 16 points and 18 rebounds).
Chennedy Carter and Marina Mabrey helped lead the Sky with 19 points each. Kamilla Cardoso recorded a near double-double with nine points and 11 rebounds. Dana Evans scored 12 points with four assists and four rebounds off the bench.

Her numbers aren't bad. There are veterans who don't have these numbers with several years in the league.. we must be patient.. she has potential.. she just needs to learn how to play on the outside and control weight..

Yes!! The kids were all in!! I was impressed with the number of people there on a week day afternoon. I was able to watch the game live not in person. Sky has a future as they keep practicing and playing team ball. This season they need to win the games they should win and finish out games and play that fourth quarter well and keep playing hard against teams with winning season so far...even if they lose.

Reese is collecting alot of L's with her team having lost 4 of 5 games. The only win being against the worst team of the league. Reese is also becoming famous for rebounding her own missed layups where she heaves the ball towards the rim from 3 feet away, only to miss and have the ball ricochet off the rim/backboard directly into her waiting arms. An infamous way to stat pad your personal rebounding stat line.
Even if that were purposeful, the only way she could consistently pull it off is if the other teams had horrible defensive rebounders every game. She has very good instincts getting boards no matter how she does it.
