श्रीमान् पुलिस महानिदेशक उत्तराखण्ड को सादर अभिवादन ! आप एक अच्छे, नेक और कर्तव्यनिष्ठ पुलिस अधिकारी हैं, किंतु आपके विभाग में कई ऐसे पुलिस अधिकारी हैं, जो- गम्भीर से गम्भीर प्रकरण को, यहां तक कि- आपके स्पष्ट आदेश को भी हवा में उड़ा देते हैं । यही नहीं इसके बड़े गम्भीर परिणाम आम लोगों को भुगतने पड़ते हैं । आम आदमी जाए तो जाए कहां ? क्या मैं स्वयं श्रीमान् पुलिस महानिदेशक महोदय से ऐसे कुछ पुलिस अधिकारियों के विषय में रिपोर्ट कर सकता हूं और आपसे एक बार फिर से मिल सकता हूं ? क्योंकि- एक गम्भीर विषय को लेकर, पिछले वर्ष बड़ी आशा से आपके पास आया था और आपने उसे गम्भीरता से लिया भी, किंतु मैं तब स्तब्ध रह गया, जब आपके आदेश को आपके ही एक अधीनस्थ अधिकारी ने उसे हवा में उड़ा दिया और मैं अवाक था ।

DGP के आदेश को हल्के में ले लिया इसके 2 कारण है एक तो डीजीपी अधिकारियों के साथ हल्के से पेश आते हों या अधिकारी पर नेता जी का हाथ है।
