Only Armani stills holds a light to what Ferre did. One of the hottest collections and shows ever, perfect models, only wish they hadn't change the original music.
Armani I feel had the slight edge in shape, the relaxed, rugged masculine form, but Ferrer had the edge in the use of color and texture and slightly more daring designs. I always wished Armani would use more color. Couldn't choose between them.
@@gobyfish1399 ....love them both myself....however i give Ferre the win because he could do anything Giorgio could do....but there is such a sense of self assurance in his work with your observations...color texture and more daring designs....then i must add that his work is so exquisite in his tailoring...Armani put such an excellent spotlight on menswear...a universal awareness....but Ferre...was so next level in fine tailoring ....and individuality....Armani is about security....you do not have to think or feel you are out of place....Ferre...is excellent taste that has the X FACTOR....i have TONS of Armani...and it fits like it was made for me.....exquisite.....i have ONE...FERRE STORM COAT....i wore it to the San Francisco premiere of the movie of YSL....the line went around the block...people were freaking out about my coat....and the producers of the film saw me...and just escorted me in for free...there were whispers when i walked in...everyone wanted to know who i was...an amazing experience....
@@CuirPhotodotNet Yes, Armani is about good taste, so that's security, never too radical, neutral colors, emphasis on the natural male body shape, Ferre dares to take chances, but always in good taste, please describe that "storm coat", er .... what is a storm coat ?
