That gently swaying pool of blood in the stomach probably isn't realistic, but it did remind me of that scene inside the Titan's stomach from AoT Season 1. So it was funny when I saw the Survey Corps logo and bodies appeared as Easter eggs.

A blue whale is big but has a small throat but orcas have larger ones so if you somehow didn’t get chewed up by the orca u would be swallowed
