Depends on the chicken. If it is old the meat will boil hard and it will be hard. If it's young is easier. That's in the town,idk if she bought it. If she did it surely its not done or is just the chicken.

It's chicken that is older so it's meat is firm. Most chicken in stores is only 3 months old. Hard chicken is a year or so old before it's used for cooking.
