My CorelDraw in the [tools- options-workspace] area I do not have the appearance tab. How can I get it ?

I have CorelDraw 2019 and in the [tools- options-workspace] area I do not have the appearance tab. Do you know where it would be so I can change my theme? or did they take that option away?
