In secondlargest function , when 2nd time we check 20 (whose index is 3 ) , 1st if not going to false.

Here the efficient code doesnt work for the array having all the same elements.

There is mistake in program return arr[res] instead of res to get the second largest element otherwise it will just return the index not the actual element
