How to Make a Candle Without Wax or Wick - Fun Sience Experiment Project

For most of us when we hear talk of candles and candle lights, wax and a wick probably comes to mind. But not in this cool science experiment where we are going to make a candle using just a couple of simple household ingredients to create a little candle light. Kids must be supervised and helped by an adult for this!
Here is a list of the ingredients and tools you will need for this project:
- An orange
- A knife
- A thin teaspoon
- Some cooking oil (vegetable oil)
- (optional) Small cookie cutter
- A lighter/stove fire starter or igniter
