Innocent Mthombeni but then if that was the case then why do institutions continue issuing Diplomas. If diplomas are not useful then people should not be encouraged to study them. This is really about networking/"connections", a company-sponsored student stands a better chance of getting a job than those who are funded by NSFAS.

Another issue I think is the experience, .most of the time when you apply a job, it will be stated 5 years Experience
