Another fabulous collection. I too have an obsession with lockets. I bought a 30” silver chain and have added many vintage lockets on it. It’s one of my favorite pieces. I also collect vintage jewelry. When I worked in NY, we were right across from Park Row and there was a little old jeweler that ran a shop. He would call us and tell us he cleaned out the vault, come and look. My friend Jeanne and I would run as fast as we could. He took a lot of our money. Hat pins too. The real long ones were used on those ginormous Edwardian hats. They were eventually outlawed because of how dangerous they were. People were getting stabbed. But they’re still fabulous. All my things are packed right now because I’m getting ready to move. You make e want to go unpack it just to play.
