Thank you for watching! I'm the director of Tindra's Light. I've been animating and drawing stories for the most part of my life. I've also been making a lot of music. After finishing work with this film I decided to withdraw from animation, and make way for more music production. I hope to create some more animation in the future, because I still have a lot of stories that I want to tell. But right now I need to take a long break and focus on my music career.
This film was an incredible feat for me. One whole year of production, and months of preparations. I created nearly everything myself. Story, storyboarding, background painting, music, planning, animating etc. I'm also incredibly proud of keeping to the budget, and to the estimated time draft. Finally I can let go of this film, after 2 years of festivals. Now it's time for Tindra to live on here on UA-cam.

The Japanese voice was recorded in 2015, when the voice talents were still young and still studying voice acting in Osaka. Today (years later) most of the cast is working hard to get work as voice actors in the Japanese anime scene. I caught them early, and I feel very fortunate to have been given the opportunity to work with them. I'm sure they've evolved a lot since then.

Sadly we could not get in touch with the extremely talented 森 正直／Masano Mori. It seems he has retracted from voice acting. I was specifically impressed by his way of communicating. For me he has Ghibli talent. I wish him all the best.

Thank you Wagoo! It was indeed hard work. It took me a year of production, full time. Probably my toughest work so far.

I've held so much respect for the current state of the channel, but this was such an incredible surprise to see this directing side from you, man. The colors and details on watercolor are so impressive!! Hopefully we'll see more shorts or musical scores from you; everything from the contrast of animation to the backgrounds, and _your_ score melds into such a simple, yet gorgeous short.
