Dollar tree has a lot of great props. Like sand, marbles, seashells and many other things. They also have wood planks, right Halloween items for any soaps that are themed after this holiday. Good luck my fellow soapers.
This is a really great video! Just want to comment about the natural light, if you turn the product the other way (right side set up vs left side) they you would have less shadows all together. You can still use the bounce board for lighting the right side, but you want the light on the front side of the product. Edit to add: I see that you showed that for a second. To keep some moodiness you could use a sheer curtain to diffuse the light a bit for less harsh shadows and do the right side set up.
Very very informative!!! I want to start a channel some time next year and this helps. Or if I chicken out it helps to just take pictures! 😍 u for taking the time to make this video
This is great!!! So many tips and you have a wonderful aesthetic sense for product photography!!! Can you get good shots with an Android phone? I have a very low budget.

Particularly like the idea of getting cutting boards, bathroom tiles or slabs that look like bath tiles, counters, etc.
This is absolutely brilliant! I've learned so much, so I really appreciate you taking the time to film this video!
