SRVCC in time 28:30 , you said will HO from 4G to 3G/2G and will be same on IMS ?! It will not shift from MME/IMS to MSC ? Or as you said will be from MME/IMS to 2G/3G/IMS ?

what is the difference between SRVCC and IMS network? if there is a 4G network available, why can't we use the IMS to carry a voice-over ip network?
