Monday morning, July 8, 2024 Okaloosa County broke ground for the new Bridge to Bridge path.

On this warm and historical Monday morning, July 8, 2024 Okaloosa County's local leaders and community members gathered to break ground on the new Bridge-to-Bridge path on Okaloosa Island. 🏃‍♀️🚲 This nearly 4-mile pedestrian and cycling path will connect Brooks and Marler bridges and feature photoluminescent properties, glowing at night. The project is set to be completed by early 2025. While no traffic disruptions or lane closures are expected, motorists are advised to proceed with caution in the area.
