Next time when you are back to this hawker centre, try out “545 Whampoa prawn noodles”. Get the dry version with yellow noodles (soup will be separated). My personal fav 😬

Indian rojak are great dishes and every stall unique is the gravy to make or break the authenticity of the meal. Next time go potong pasir old coffee shop try ngoh hiang. The chinese variation of rojak too.
For indian rojak you can try the store in Ayer Rajah market. For Roti Prata you can try the one in Teban Garden. You actually can ask for different types of gravy for roti prata etc. fish curry.

It's so hard to watch this video now that Singapore is having a "lockdown" aka Circuit Breaker. I want roti prata and masala chicken soo badly now. OH... and a briyani... Oh god...
You should order roti prata with egg and onions .it is complete compared to the plain one you are eating. Tell the uncle you want one telur bawang ( which means egg and onions) prata. Order 2 pieces to be satisfied. You will have a complete decent roti prata.
Plaster Prata ( you will get sunny side up egg on top of your prata) with fish curry sauce for me ( you can request diff curry sauce ranging from fish curry to mutton curry) milo dinosaur and any noodle type goreng ( best is maggie goreng) If you got craving you can made a trip to jalan kayu. Prata there is famous and it is also nearby an old army camp . The famous black and white old british colonial building still around there but prepare for a long walk in. Around that area also hold the only kampung area in sg. And yes you will also say * never knew singapore have this kind of area* 😆
Try the braised 🦆 stall, good to go with 🍻. There is a good chapati stall just down the road , it is in a coffeeshop. Freshly made only when you order.

By the way, the guy asked you not to pour all the curry onto the lamb briyani (at one go) in order not soak & swell your rice grains. Most people prefer their rice grains firm. Like you, I prefer to have some kind of flavour (be it curry or sauce) poured over my rice. Another eye opener for me. 😋

リトルインディアにある大型マーケットですよねー。あの近辺はオーチャードにも程近く比較的安い宿泊施設も多いので、バジェットトラベラーにもお勧めの地区だと思います。シンガポールの中でもインド色が濃い地域で私も滞在した経験がありますが、シンガポールの中で最も安い宿泊施設が集まっているのはどの地域なんでしょうか？個人的に気になる点です。
ゲイランとかリトルインディアでしょうねー！中心地からそう遠くないのも👍
