Hi everyone, hope you all enjoyed this month RTS updates and Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri!
Thank you for update video
2:18 WOW!😍I LOVE THE VIEW, HELLO SINGAPORE👋
Yes, love to see your updates
Visibility was good that day when I filmed the RTS JB side and I could see Singapore clearly
Thank you everyone for your encouragements!
Best video puas tengok
ty 👍
Terima kasih! Thank you!
Progress so fast!!! well done 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
The fastest progress are at the land viaduct near R&F Princess Cove and the Wadi Hana Depot
I am always following up the progress of the MRT construction project. HSR didn't turn out to be a failure tun responsible for the failure.
The HSR could revolutionize travel and trade between the two countries, boosting economies and creating a more connected region.
Wow mantap😮❤
Senang kamu suka!
looks like the stalled marine viaduct on the Malaysian side has been removed since March. the launching girder and segments were stalled for 5 months since its launch in November!
From what I see, the initially batch of marine viaduct segments at the JB side may have quality issues including cracks. It is good that these segments were replaced but this has caused almost 5 months of delay.
I just knew that we can see MBS clearly from JB... 😂
Yes, JB can see Marina Bay and Raffles Place when visibility is good and when there is a line of sight
@@SGYapWow, that is how small it is the island Republic.....can see from one end to another😀
Yes, as seen from the video, Johor Bahru can see both Changi Airport and Marina Bay Sands using a camera phone
@@SGYap 😮
Whoosh whoosh yes top speed 350 km/h.😅😅
🇸🇬🇲🇾🤝
im always tuned in evry month
Thank you very much for your strong support!
Finally beginning to take shape 😀 time to consider moving to JB in 2027. Only thing now is how much are tickets going to cost. If it's $10 one way, many people will not take this RTS. So pricing of the tickets will be crucial to it's success.
I think the tickets cost will likely be higher than the current KTM tickets prices. I estimate it to be SGD$8 (SG to JB) and RM8 (JB to SG)
@@SGYap Given that CW3 and KTM already cost S$5 per trip and the impending closure of KTM services to woodlands checkpoint after RTS is completed, It is always best to recoup the investment sum as soon as possible. given that the Malaysians travelling to singapore are able to afford, perhaps there will be a monthly concession card in the future.
TQ once again Yap, for the update. My side transport minister said very soon , Msian coming back from Spore on KTM will pay an equivalent of SGD to RM5 only. Heard anything of this for RTS?
It has already been implemented, KTM tickets from Woodlands Checkpoint to JB Sentral for Malaysian has been reduced from SGD$5 to RM5 for rides from August 2024 onwards.
Yap, is RTS terminal @ Woodlands North has direct underground link to MRT Woodlands North terminal?
Yes, there is a underground direct link between Woodlands North RTS Station and Woodlands North (TEL) MRT Station.
9:17 wauu singapore even buy the taylor swifft ,amazingg aaaa
Yes, special surprised taylor swift appearance in the RTS video!
@@SGYap what she do at there
we hope this project will make malaysia and singapore sharing is caring become the largest big economy in southeast asia which singapore rich can be use by malaysia from this line
The RTS Link is a win-win for both Malaysia and Singapore
Singapore gets the workers, and Malaysia gets the wages generating income to provide for their families. With a rail link, a lot of congestion would be eased
RTS Link is a win-win for both countries, boosting economies and creating a more connected region
Getting the unpleasant feeling that construction (especially on the MY side) is behind schedule. Opening by the end of 2026 will become difficult.
Wadi Hana Depot should be on schedule and there isn't much construction activities at night. For the Bukit Chagar site, they are working day and night to ensure it is complete on schedule. From what I see, Bukit Chagar station and ICQ should be ready but Urban Oasis likely not ready by end 2026.
The only problem now is the marine viaduct on M'sia side which has re-commenced launching of segments. Hopefully can catch back up.
Yes, the replacement of the segments had caused a delay of almost 5 months at the JB marine viaduct side
Whoosh whoosh yes top speed 350 km/h😅😅
They shall put the completed date at 1st quarter of 2027 instead of raising the hopes of people.
wah u go eras tour ah
I passed my S24 Ultra to my colleague to help me film as she has ticket to eras tour.
Are you Singaporean or Malaysian?
Where did you purchased your S24 Ultra? SG or MY?
What are the difference, consequences or inconvenience in getting the phone in MY to be used in SG; the S24U is supposedly cheaper then SG.
Thanks.
I did not purchase the S24 Ultra. I am a Samsung Member Star and Samsung loaned me a S24 Ultra for me to produce videos. Hence I did not check which place is cheaper for the phone.
3:53 does that mean the line will be mostly single track? Thats disappointing.
If I am not wrong, it should be dual tracks from Bukit Chagar to Woodlands North. The railway crossing is for the trains to switch tracks. This is the same as the MRT in Singapore, dual tracks but there are railway crossing at some parts of the tracks.
its double
Not single track. It's dual track. Go take a ride on Bukit Panjang LRT. The tracks will be quite similar
@@L3v3F4l4stin4 even in singapore, the construction of the railway over the fan bridge road has already started, i am amazed by the way it is built and it is different from malaysia which does not prioritize safety and cleanliness
Whoosh whoosh yes😅😅. Top speed 350 km/h👍
sekarang nii aiyaa prohgress manyak laju baaa ,kita mesti mau dia siap awal 2 tahun
JB must have an experienced team of planners near the Station area or else there will be congestion and other problems. Do they have some feedback from Singapore planners who are very sought after in China.
I believe the peak of the disruptions to traffic has passed as most of the piers for the land viaduct has already been constructed. I do agreed given the nature of a project of this scale, the disruptions to traffics will be very massive, but so far I am still able to get around JB town area without much difficulties, the planners has done a good job.
Whoosh whoosh yes👍 top speed 350 km/h😅😅
Whoosh Whoosh Whoosh Yes!!!
@@SGYap👍
Once this is built, guaranteed there's an influx of undesirable persons into singapore.
The RTS Link is a good complement to the Johor Singapore Special Economic Zone and will be a win-win for both countries
Whoosh whoosh yes👍 top speed 350 km/h😅😅
