I never comment on anything, but this helped me a lot!! Just ensure you are really gentle with it and got proper tools, like i had s*it screwdriver, and the screw didnt want to unscrew, but i bought better screwdriver and it went off easily!!! Thank you! And YES i had 0 experince with this and i am woman, and everything including face id, lightsensor and speaker working just fine!
Does it need any calibration or adjustments after replacing the display? I have an original 11 pro display from another phone and I'm wondering if I just need to transfer parts from the broken one to the new one. Thank you!
Hello dear, i went to change the glass in a repair shop, but it's showing a warning message "unable to verify this iPhone has a genuine Apple display". Did the repair shop changed my original screen or it's a normal thing. thank you.
For anyone that is considering this I’d highly advise you to just take your phone into the shop. It looks simple but I ended up paying way more to have everything fixed that I damaged in the process. 10/10 do not recommend attempting this 😂

@@Roger-tw3wbthe face id isnt like a simple camera from android, listen carefully to what he said, barely understable, the face id needs re programed by having the old and the newest display, copied the datas from the main display while being connected on the neuest display so you can re write the face id display, redo ur researches before trying to lecture me bout a face id

To fix your face Id did you have to replace the front camera or were you able to swap the old internals, cheers

You can try checking if your phone has all necessary updates installed (settings > updates), if not, install whatever is missing and try again.
I changed my screen myself and my phone gave the same warning also. I guess it is related with screen brand or producer.
Face ID is temperamental after screen repair it takes time to get it set up any idea why
