Cake bake without oven:
Step 1: Place a pressure cooker/Kadai on the gas stove.
Step 2: Put salt, sand, or a baking stand in the cooker or Kadai.
Step 3: Preheat it for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Place the cake pan over a baking stand/salt/sand.
Step 5: Put the cooker lid or cover the Kadai with a plate or glass lid.
Step 6: Cook for 30-45 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Ingredients:
2 egg at room temperature or ½ cup curd
½ cup sugar ( 100 g )
½ cup oil / butter ( 120 ml )
⅓ cup coco powder( 30 g )
2 pinch salt
¼ cup milk ( 60 ml )
1 tsp vanilla essence ( 5 g )
1 tsp baking powder ( 4 g )
½ tsp baking soda ( 2 g )
1 cup all purpose flour ( 120 g )
Chocolate hot milk:
3 tbsp coco powder
4 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk ( 250 ml )
2 tbsp milk powder ( optional )
1 tbsp butter ( 15 g )
7" by 7" oven proof dish ( you can use normal cake mould )
