I see somebody watched all the way till the end ♥️ thank you for your support, first of all. I am 30 now but social anxiety was something I struggled a lot more with in my teens and 20s. I found it difficult to relax around people and open up with them. I would say that I still have some of this anxiety. But something interesting happens as you get older... you start to care less and less what other people think! Time is precious and very limited. You realize that there is only so much of it. And for that reason, you become less and less willing to waste it on wondering about (and often times assuming incorrectly) other people are saying and thinking about you. It's not easy. To anyone struggling with it I would say the best path forward is to stop caring and focus on what you're passionate about. Between that and putting yourself out there socially (exposure therapy) you can make progress, no doubt!

I feel light-hearted and relieved. Now, i also become an expert in using chemical products. Congrats on my own journey!

After breast test , the doctor said you're triple negative breast cancer. At first it's really shocked and scared. But gradually I come to terms with it . Yes, I'm cancer patient 😢😢
I have a scoliosis a bit more than the second level ( fine. Not a bit. It’s probably about 27 degree. I just tried to cheer myself up 😅) It shows itself through pain or just uncomfortable feeling every day. I even had a corset. It was terrifying. I couldn’t sleep cuz it was crooked so badly. I had to wear it with 23 hours per day. I didn’t stick to this rule. Sometimes I even blame myself (what I do till now). I only had enough for 5 hours straight. In the end I came for terms with it. In addition I don’t wear the corset anymore. I feel sorry and feel blamed. Thank for video! I came across your channel when you had less than forty thousand subscribers. Keep it up! ❤
