When my brother lived in Arizona he had a mister system along the top outside edge of his patio. The water would mostly evaporate in the heat as it came down but it would drop the temp significantly and you actually felt comfortable outside.
Kyle, cut the baseboard off the wall in the garage behind the freezer. That’ll give you a little more wiggle room for the cabinet… or you can even take the door front off that one cabinet. Can’t wait to see what y’all do with this house. Love your style Amanda!
Big Lots was such a good idea!! Love the patio fans!! They are so necessary in Arizona. I had to laugh when Kyle said it was hot in the garage. Truth!! The oven is keeps cranking hotter and stays that way until Halloween.

I just love the banter between you two. I thought I was the only person who wanted ceiling fans in every room. I even have them in the bathrooms. Can't wait to see how you clean that one in the living room, I mean it's only like 25 feet in the air (perfect with your fear of ladders Amanda).
I live in AZ and the patio furniture at Costco is scooped up very soon after it's put out. It's also put out in like February or March for obvious reasons. That is probably why you guys didn't find anything. If you are still looking, definitely online or home improvement stores like Home Depot or Lowes. Another tip from a fellow Arizonan, refrigerators and freezers work really hard when they are in the garage or outside, especially with your garage facing west. If you have room, I'd bring them inside to try and prolong the life of the compressors and try to help your electricity bill.
We are in southern California, and even here the garage can result in bad temperatures in a fridge, we had issues when the temperature went above 80...and that is in a garage with insulation!
Amazon shopping for birthdays is the way to go...lol wow Amanda did your eyes get big when you were checking just what kind of shopping birthday boy was doing LOL thank goodness for cancel buttons. Did I mention how much I love your new house.🦋🏠🏜

There are alot of stores for patio furniture but they will be marked up since your patio can be used all of the year. I'd try for American Furniture Warehouse in Gilbert. They have a large selection and many options. And of course Walmart is amazing. I got a patio set for around $900 a few years ago and it made it from AZ to TX without any issues at all. Well built and works perfectly.

It’s only 88 here but super humid and I agree about dry heat! I spent a lot of my summers in west Texas as a kid and it didn’t bother me as much as 90’s and humid here in Oklahoma does.

We got our new patio furniture at Lowe’s but ours are a love seat, two chairs and a table. I love them! We’re using them in the living room until the movers bring our real furniture. Camping in the new house & making memories! We have scorpions and tarantulas here too! That’s new for us and they’re huge!
I live in Tucson. Outdoor furniture here is in the stores in March and April, if not earlier! You can try Home Depot or Lowes. Also, Costco online. That is where I purchased mine 2 years ago. Delivered and good quality.
It's funny that where you guys are you loocking for the shade. And you are happy that your garden is in the shades in the evenings. Here the houses that have the sun the longest is the houses that are most popular. And to night will set at 23.21 and up again at 03.34 so it doesn't get dark here in the summertime. We don't have as hot weather here as you have.

If you can hold out for the end of summer to buy your outdoor furniture, that's the time to do it. We bought ours on clearance at Costco. Also, check the Costco website. They have a lot more available there, and the prices usually include shipping.
We have a sectional from Big Lots. It was actually in your video, the one with gray and chevron looking pillows. It's the Broyhill line. It was SO much cheaper than anything we shopped for elsewhere and its holding up so nicely. The fabric for being so light also hides so much for having three kids. We love it. I never thought i'd recommend Big Lots furniture! I'm definitely gonna take a look at their outdoor section.

You may need to get a black light to check for them in the garage and in your yard. Welcome to the Dry Heat. ☀️🌵 Outdoor furniture is always a hard thing to find after the start of the season. Other than the stores you mentioned in your video, Facebook market place is a great place to watch. Depending on the part of the valley you live you can track down different swip swap pages. Also garage sales, but you have to be out early early if you want to find yard furniture. Lots of people selling homes in AZ right now with how crazy the market is so although it’s hot the garage/estate sales are popping up still.

We have them here in Maryland but nowhere near that large. My husband now has me on a mission to find that stallion recliner.😂😂😂😂😂 I liked the Serta one myself. I can understand the hesitation about ordering the furniture online. I've found a desk I like on Amazon but I'm going to wait until we've moved and I pick a space to turn into my own lil mini office. This made me laugh out loud cause I’ve been patio furniture shopping for DAYS! I have gone to several stores, ALL the online stores etc, and the prices are insane! I finally went to Lowes and found a display set with a “ding” on a table and got 15% off the price. I spent $200 for two chairs and a table, and I was still grumping about having to spend that much! Im cheap! Ha! Last summer I found a beautiful outdoor sofa at best choice products for a reasonable price. :) I bet you could get sponsored and get some stuff from them.
Alternates: used or 2nd hand or pawn shops...order from Costco online, ask about discounts on floor models, look for dent-and-scratch discount outlet/shop...

This made me laugh out loud cause I’ve been patio furniture shopping for DAYS! I have gone to several stores, ALL the online stores etc, and the prices are insane! I finally went to Lowes and found a display set with a “ding” on a table and got 15% off the price. I spent $200 for two chairs and a table, and I was still grumping about having to spend that much! Im cheap! Ha! Last summer I found a beautiful outdoor sofa at best choice products for a reasonable price. :) I bet you could get sponsored and get some stuff from them.

And consider getting something cheep and replacing after season ends when sales occur
