Sampled flutes ringing longingly in attempted healing of body-image and sense of poetical self, Gatekeeper is a soulful synth-carried ballad, pouring out emotional testimony to experiences of exclusion and sorrow of feeling left - love and notions of acceptance, clouded with doubt and questioning whether your premise as an identified female in patriarchal society, leaves you unwanted, solely on the basis of unproportional and unfair bias towards your gender.
