TPO: Drip Edge

Metal edges are installed after the field membrane is extended down the face of nailer. Bare metal drip edge can be flashed with White Cured Cover Tape or TPO Cover Strip. White Uncured EPDM Flashing Tape is not approved for drip edge flashing.

Do you wrap the edges, put metal on top of tpo, and cover with am adhesive membrane because it's cheaper than tpo metal? Tpo metal seems way more practical and less labor intensive, which probably costs the same in the long run as this method does. I don't get it. Unless the home owner wants a drip edge that's a certain color?

i got a pto roof i kmow that is done wrong too they took the membrane and wrap it around my drip adge and then they attach it with a metal board to my facial bored I have A lot of air pockets It looks like a white blanket on the bed This was done like two weeks ago I don’t know what to do with the roofing company if anybody have any suggestions please let me know I wish I could post some pictures of this work done
