@@aklabobo3837 There's a technique. The same way you'd apply oil to the partings is more less how you'd wash them. Just focus on the scalp itself.
Once you've done that, you can just add a light leave in spray to your hair and reapply whatever oil you'd use.
I'd only do that once with the style in ofc.

Not sure if you think sex is some magical cure to depression or not (I apologize if I misinterpreted you) but it definitely isn't. This is factually supported. Based on evidence, it could potentially help people temporarily but it's usually not a permanent solution to depression because it typically doesn't address the root cause of that feeling of emptiness. It might improve general mental health with people who don't have depression but can you please stop pretending like half these people are only depressed because they're not having sex every week...
And unless sex will 100% solve the depression problem (there's a solid chance that it won't) then telling depressed people to just "get pussy" is a terrible idea. If someone isn't at their best mentally than handing them a girlfriend might put that relationship in jeopardy if that person isn't even mentally stable to begin with.
I know you preach improving all aspects of your self simultameously (with equal effort in each aspect), but to me, mental health is the one exception. Bad mental health can completely destroy a relationship. If one's well being is far below average, then fixing that should be the #1 priority because it also affects motivation to improve in other aspects. Yes going to the gym can also temporarily improve mental health but there's no good in telling a person with depression to go to the gym to improve their looks when they lack the motivation to due so because their mental health is poor. You could tell a person to do the healthiest habits but if they're not willing to commit to that on their own then that advice can be useless.
I'm sorry if this was a bit aggressive but just wanted to throw this out there. You genuinely give great advice for men but since depression is becoming more & more stigmatized, it makes sense that you're not viewing it correctly.

I also said that if you aren't mentally comprimised, it can improve your well-being (and reduce the chance of depression which I forgot to add). The main point of my comment was the fact that sex can't completely heal depression which a quick google search and a couple of articles to read supports. It can only combat some issues that may be related to the depression & help mood temporarily. You just said I was wrong and then preceeded repeat some things that I already said in my comment.
